We take utmost care in maintaing the Quality levels. While certain minimum Quality levels are mandatory for us. We follow a much more comprehensive quality policy and are also having a mechanism to check the quality policies are effective. The direct beneficiaries of the quality levels is our clients, who have more granular control over the information in our possession. We have data retention policies, data backup policies, client integrity policies, etc. as part of our quality and control practices.
